At Once Upon a You, each book is uniquely crafted based on your input and designed specifically for you or your loved one. Because of the highly personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.
1. No Refunds on Personalized Products
Each book is custom-written and illustrated to match the details you provide. As such, it cannot be resold or reused. For this reason, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds for completed orders.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives with physical damage (such as torn pages, binding issues, or printing defects), we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
To initiate a replacement:

3. Minor Image Variations
Some of the artwork in our books is created with the help of AI-generated illustration tools and is further edited by our creative team to ensure quality and consistency.
While we strive to deliver the most accurate and beautiful representations possible, minor imperfections or quirky details may occur as a result of the AI generation process. These slight image irregularities are considered a natural and acceptable part of the creative process and do not qualify as defects.
